Crème au caramel is a classic French dessert of creamy custard topped with caramel and its complex medium-rich flavour pairs perfectly with the mellow character of rooibos. With the distinctive red-orange liquor of a rooibos tea, this blend is smooth bodied, creamy and opens with sweet toffee notes that develop into a glorious caramel finish.
