The Bukhial tea estate is situated on the south side of the Brahmaputra River, whose monsoonal flooding over millennia has deposited a rich loam over the Assam valley. Comparatively lower rainfall at this estate causes the tea bushes to grow more slowly which results in an unmistakably complex, malty and flavourful cup. This orthodox black tea has a lovely sweet aroma and brews into a burnt sienna and coppery liquor which is high in antioxidants.
